Be sure to go in knowing exactly what you want and be able to tell the groomer that. A "puppy cut" just means a shorter cut - but how short is up to you, as well as the face shape, whether or not you want ears tipped, bangs or no bangs, topknot or no topknot, etc. So go in knowing what length you want left on the body (1 inch, 1 1/2 inch..) and it helps to have a picture of how you want the face to look because there are so many ways to cut the face. Let the groomer know if you want the ears tipped or not. Let them know where you want the hair trimmed around the eyes if you are wanting that trimmed.
