I sure hope they are safe.......

I think the pears are safe.......I would think if they really 'ate' one that was not fully ripe it may give them a belly ache.....just like a kid (grown-ups are too smart for that)......

In my yard I have 3 pear trees.....3 apple trees......2 GIANT fig bushes (which will be gone by the end of the day....I hate them)......2 GIANT pecan trees.....(another 15 pecan trees outside the fence).......and a MONSTER scuppernong (sp?) vine....(like grapes).......

I know grapes are not good and I intend to watch over the scuppernong thing closely.......any of my other dogs would get the grapes in their mouth...chew until they got the juice and leave the tough skin and middle....

I'm more worried about the pieces of gummy worms and cookies the grand-kids drop!!!!
