A dozen or so years ago with my first puppy, I went to a Toys R Us and bought hand puppets so that he thought he was chewing on a toy, and I could move it around to keep it interesting for him. He loved them!!
I haven't been able to find any puppets for Dublin, so I actually got one of those covers that they put on golf clubs that has the stuffed head of a dog on top. I slip it down over my arm and he wrestles and chews on it and I don't get torn up hands. (Kinda like a puppet, right?)
Actually cought him humping it on the floor the other night, so I guess he really likes it! LOL
