When I was taking my Gus to puppy training classes, there was a few puppies who were biters. Those new baby teeth can really hurt. One of the owners just couldn't break the habbit. The trainer told her to use sour apple. It is sold at Pet Smart. It's a spray that you spray on what ever you dont want the pup to chew or bite. After a few days of telling the dog no and spraying a very small amount directly in his mouth every time he bit, she broke that happit real quick. He tried to nip every so often but all the owner had to do is show him the spray and that was the end of that. By the end of the six week course he was no longer biting.
