I just got my new baby 3 weeks ago. She is 5 months old and am having trouble training her. While I'm gone to work (aobut 10 hours) I gate her in the kitchen with a piddle pad. She doesn't seem to know how to use the pad. She pees and poops everywhere but on the pad. When I'm home I take her outside and she pees, but then comes back in the house to poop, usually on the carpet. She sleeps in my bed with me at night and holds it all night. She also does go on the sofa when she sits with me at night watching TV. If she has to go while she's on the sofa or in my bed, she lets me know by getting in my face and not leaving me alone. My question is, how do I piddle pad train her for while I'm gone during the day? I have no idea how to begin to do this, since I've never pad trained a dog before. Any help would be appreciated.
