If she had a c-section then
no!!! She cannot get bathed at all. You can use a warm washcloth on the teat making sure to not get the stitches wet. You need to express the milk yourself and let the puppies nurse on it. How long has it been swollen like that, you dont want to let it go for too long or it can get an infection there. I sent you another pm hun.
