My daugters boy, Rascals ears use to flop then we trimmed the hair off his ears and taped them. We taped them for 3 to 4 days and waited till it drooped again and then we would retape them. We continued the process untilt they both stayed up. For a little .. one of them would flop.. Mostly when he was tired.. LOL it was to cute. But they both now stand up Very Nice. She didnt start taping his till he was around 5 mths.. but I heard if you waited till he was 6 mths that it gets iffy.
