Most vets will just treat the whole litter if one has been diagnosed with coccidia or giardia. Sometimes it's hard to detect coccidia in a stool sample if it's in an early stage. Be on the lookout for loose stools, mucus in the stools and blood.

Incubation for coccidia is about 13 days (if I remember) if a puppy has ingested coccidia.
