I lost 67lbs on the "dietworksho diet" They mostly watch fats. If should stay under 29 grams of fat a day, eat between 1200 and 1400 calories...It took me a year to take this weight off but, I had also quit smoking at the same time. I lost this weight about 11 yrs ago. I have since put half of it back on... HOWEVER, I had lost more weight than I had to leaving me not looking well. People were constantly asking me if I was sick. I gradually gained back (like I said) half of the weight (got remarried and am happy now) I am now starting to lose again( I am shooting for 20-25 lbs)...this time I am eating everything (watching the fat intake though) but just cutting it in half this way I am still eating what I want just not as much and it's working!! Good Luck to you! I KNOW how difficult and frustrating this can be but don't give up! You CAN do it!
