are you talking about Alli? i'm scared of that stuff. some of the side effects are horrible!
i'm talking: uncontrollable bowl movements, oily gaseous discharge, and runny poo!

i heard it's supposed to have a pavlov's type of effect. if you eat greasy foods with high fat you will xxx see above xxx. this way you train yourself not to eat that stuff.
