WEIGHT WATCHERS! It really does work because it doesn't force you to stop eating the foods you love.
Back in 2003, when I was a senior in high school, I weighed 170 pounds, bearing in mind I am only 5'3. I joined WW in Jan. 03 and also started going ot the gym and training with a personal trainer once a week for 10 weeks, by April I had lost 35-40 pounds. I continued following WW a little less strict when I went to college and ended up losing an additional 10. 4 years later, I am still 5 pounds lighter than I was when I stopped WW in April 03. |
