Oh I'm not trying to freak you out, but you need to find out where she got it done & go check the place out. You can get sexually transmitted diseases from tattoo/piercing parlors if they don't use a new needle.
I say you should make her take it out. I got tattoos & a belly button ring against my parents wishes, but I was over 18 & in college. 15 is too young for this kinda thing & responsibility in my opinion. Plus there is a stigma that goes along with girls that have their tongue pierced. Some people think they have it done to make them better at felatio (I am sure this is so not true with your daughter), but people think this. Even my mom told me that she thinks this.
I'd come up with reasons why you think at her age this type of piercing is not a good idea & explain them to her. That way she knows why you are making her take it out. At 18 she can get it repierced as long as she researches a safe place to get it done.
