I've been doing Weight Watchers. I really like it, and when i was on it before, without even working out I lost 15 lbs in a month and a half. It's flexible and pretty easy to understand.. you just look up your points, write them down daily and you get 35 FLEX points on top of your daily points. You can use them a little each day or once a week for a big meal out.
Or there's a new CORE program where you don't count points, you just eat only the core foods
