sugar sugar sugar!

Just watch your sugar intake! Read labels, bc sugar is in everything... you want to stick with the products with the least amount of sugar, or no sugar if possible. Soda is a killer! And do you know that 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1 cup of coffee a day is 10lbs a year??? You want natural sugar (fruits, dairy) vs refined sugar (in cake, cookies, candy)
You can do this! Its a good amount for that time frame and totally doable!!! Good Luck!!
