The employee sounds like they weren't exactly very customer service oriented, but I have to say that at Walmart I frequently experience the same rudeness that is non yorkie related so it may have just been the person's personality.
Although most people know that Walmart are non dog friendly so it really wasn't the employees fault for communicating to you that the dog could not be in the store, but they could have done it a bit nicer. |
