The best thing I recommend is an oatmeal conditioner and put it on him and let it sit for about 5 minutes and then rinse. I use BioGuard Flea and Tick shampoo which is very mild and an oatmeal conditioner and I wash Reeses once a week and he doesnt have any problems with dry skin anymore since I use the conditioner.
