I am having the same problem. I have had 3 month old Elizabeth for a month now. I take her out several times when I am home. I have her on a schedule 4:50, 5:40, 7:00 at lunch and several times in the evening. She still will not go outside. She thinks outside is play time, and holds it until she comes back in. I don't know what to do. I know I gave her too much freedom, and I don't want to punish her and break her little heart. I am at a loss....
