My vet put our girl on Revolution. He did say that it doesn't always work for ticks, including Korean ticks, but we aren't in an area that has a tick problem. So for the time being he wants her to use Revolution because of the heartworm preventative in it. And so far no issues.
I agree with the others, talk to the vet and see what works well for your dog and your area and go with that.
