barking in the crate MUST be ignored. Any type of attention is good attention in their minds because they are getting you to come to them, even by yelling No at them they are still getting you to talk to them.

ignore, ignore, ignore. i know its tough and their barking is annoying but if your persistant it works.

Also, ONLY let your yorkie out when she is quiet. If you let her out when she is barking she only learned that barking opens the door. you can practice this at home when you aren't going out. Place her in her crate, close the door and walk into the next room. She will start barking. ignore her. As soon as she stops barking let her out. these practice sessions will let her know that when she is a quiet good girl she will be let out. Clicker training helps more because you can click when she is quiet and while you are still out of the room because usually as soon as you walk back in to let her out she will start barking again. its tough to time everything correctly.
