I havent been camping since I got chloe but I have taken tinkerbell to several places in texas. We like to camping to places like Dinasour state park, Pedernales fall and other "state parks". Lots of fun! In the state of Texas you have to make sure you have proof of current rabies shot. All thought this is proboly obvious I am going to say it anyways b/c it very importnat. Make sure you put mosquito/tick/flea repellant on your baby(not human stuff make sure its meant for dogs). And lots of people bring BIG dogs when camping so always keep your baby on a leash or in your arms. They have little backpack dog carriers that would be good to carry your baby in. I will say that when I brought my min pin camping he could actually get the zipper to our tent open. It was so scary becuase he got out in the middle of the night!!BUt he didnt go far. If you are tent camping I would make sure your tent is doggie proof!
