1.8 pounds! That is tiny! I started Ana at puppy playgroup when she was 2 1/2 lbs. It's held every Saturday for about 45 minutes at a local veterinary hospital. I was nervous about her size when I first started her there, but she was fine AND she absolutely loves going. On top of socializing her, it completely tires her out and makes her nice and sleepy for the rest of the afternoon, which gives her mommy a break from hyper puppy.
