Rosie, my yorkiechon, is the runt of her litter. All of her bros and sisters are around 7 or 8 lbs. Except her one brother-- he weighs 10lbs! Rosie is full grown and weighs 5.2lbs. I was told she would be about 7-8lbs full grown. She's still the smallest of her litter.
Being small doesn't mean they're unhealthy... as long as she's eating enough, she should be okay. And, if you're worried, you might want to give her some nutrical.
