I would imagine that Maximus is ok. Luckily I've heard that dogs have a higher immune system or something like that and can handle some "bad water" at times better than us humans. (Think about all the times you've seen doggies drink water from gutters or dirty ponds and such)
You are such a good Mommy taking all the precaustions you did and keeping such a watchful eye over him. Maximus is such a happy lucky Yorkie to have you.
