that happened to me and Ryo just ended up having bruises because of some quick thinking of my son. I made the owner of the other dog pay to get Ryo checked by a vet the next morning. the owner of the other dog said, " my dog only wanted to play with your dog and if u wouldn't have panicked he would not have bit him." I was appalled that he even said that. I told him dogs need to be introduced in a proper manor. You just dont let the leash go and let a huge german shepard go run to great an unsuspecting smaller dog.
