I will do that today and everyday that I have a day off. I gave her a bath yesterday, she fought at first then she calmed down. I will give her one every saturday. I cleaned the mess she made on the carpet, I think I made a white spot on it. A lot of the carpet is ruined but what the heck. I wanted a dog. Maybe she'll calme down later on. She becomes very snappish at times, she loves to bite and once made a serious cut on my finger. I tell her "no bite" and tap her on the head. I have good days and bad days with her. I still love her though. As you know, my first dog was a tiny maltese puppy. Vet said she died of kidney or other symptoms. I will take it a day at a time. I bought a book on yorkies called "Yorkies for dummies". She ripped a page out of that. Sometimes I feel like I should call the "dog whisperer", Cesar Millan. lol
sounds like the terrible twos to me :P what do you do when she is barking at night?? is she in a crate?? if she is.. take her out to pee and then put her back and let her cry it out. can she see you from her crate?? that is really important..if she can see you she might sleep better. and you are right about taking her for a walk... the more you play and wear her out... the more she will sleep... she will snap less... because she has someway to get rid of all her puppy energy!
