hey~~ some tips on losing weight is not eating before you go to bed... start with a couple of hours.. then slowly increase the hours you dont eat before you go to bed to around 5? also if you have a craving to eat.. then eat lots of healthy things such as vegetables or fruit

oh and before you eat a meal, drink a lot of water right before so you will feel more full
