you aren't alone !! I went from 114 to 145 in 2 years since I hit my late 40's and it's SO depressing - I wish I could say it's easy to lose but man I'm having trouble too.
I find eating a big bowl of steamed veggies before dinner really helps and there's some threads here you could check out that may give you some ideas'
I've been dieting since I was at the last yorkie meetup and only lost 6 lbs
