When a breeder uses the term.."No pedigree"..it does not mean the dog does not actually have a pedigree..it means they have a "Pet Pedigree", a pet ped is one with no champions in the first 3 generation..past 3 gens really don't do much..and for future knowledge... A champion pedigree can be turned into a pet pedigree in one or two short generations.....and you can not turn pet pedigree into a champion pedigree by breeding to one champion...I applaud you for wanting to improve.
