I LOVE Boomerang tags - super durable and such quality. I get the "collar tag" bc Marcel is so small, I don't want it to dangle. It's the version that you slide on/off. http://www.boomerangtags.com/store/list.php?A=S&ID=24

He wears collar at all times (bc he must wear a bell) EXCEPT when he's alone. For leashing, harness only (w/ tags as well) - but he still wears his collar at the same time.
