You can tell a lot by the color of her poop, and wheather it is runny, or solid. Also her the color of her urin, also what does she weigh, I am sure you know how many cc's she needs and make sure she is getting plenty of food, and is kept very warm.

Also did she get her mom's first milk, and is she in with the rest of the puppies and her mother or have you seperated her? You need to weigh her every day, as it depends on how much she weighs as to how much you need to feed her. You also need to make a chart for her, that has the date, her weight, how many cc's she drank, and if she pee'd or pooped. Weighing her once a week will not work, as you will not know how much to increase her milk. Also what are you feeding her. I want to do everything I can to help you keep you little baby alive, however she does need to be on a schedule.
