She is 3.5 lbs and full grown, but just has not had her first heat cycle. We had a bad experience at the vet overnight when she was 12 weeks old, and that vet said that I could spay her because she would not make it getting put under, but this vet said differently and has to put her under for her teeth. I am really worried, and have been praying about it to find an answer. I hope I will make the right decision. I have still not decided, but am taking advice.
