I'd say, it could be a reaction to the vaccine. His age and weight seem perfect, and he doesn't wear a collar, that's good. But I mentioned the CT because it sounds like what my first Yorkie, Spencer did. I sure hope he gets over what ever it is, I wish Jake and you the best...get another vet's opinion.
