No, I don't think its his trachea, he can breath normally when he's out of his seizure mode. I have no idea what even triggers it. before it was when he got excited, now its random, and he has about 4-5 maybe even more an hour. He's 1.5, and no he doesnt wear a collar. His weight is 4.6lb, which is normal for his size. Im thinking they might have damaged something when giving him the cough shot... It looks and sounds like where his nasal passage and throat begin, closes up, or partially, and he's just trying to breath instead of holding his breath. But it doesnt seem to bother him, because he still tries to play and run.
