From what I know about Giardia, it's not that serious of a parasite and is easily treated, that's what I've read and heard.
acutally the nevada staute states that the vet information was to be provided to me at the time of purchase not that i had to ask for it, and i did request it. I am aware of the treatment for giardia being that my vet treated him for it also there is a gestational period for giardia and it was proven that the dog had it before he was sold to me. She also provided a contract that stated the dog was checked for all worms etc, and giardia is a very serious parasite in a 1 pound 11 week old puppy, it can put people in the hosptial truth is i had a very strong case and one of the statutes stated if the dog needed emergency med needs within 10 days of ourchase i had different options for refunds. So although i dont work for a lawyer i too know the Nevada statutes.
