Yep! That's them! I didn't know they were actually wasps that creeps me out even more. Ew....Ok so my BF tried to step on one the other day and you aren't kidding. It absolutely wouldn't die. I sprayed some bug spray on it...nothing. Wasp spray did work. Thank GOD these are outside and I hope they don't get in.

Thank you guys! I have one more question. I'm fairly new to living in the deep country and I swear I've seen so many bugs I've never seen before. I jokingly call them prehistoric bugs. Has anyone ever seen something that looks like an ant except it's John Deere green, almost a metallic green and has wings? I hate bugs with a passion and I have a tendency to stay away from them if I can't identify them.
