Are these the huge hairy looking ants that are hard to kill by squashing them? I don't know what they are called...I haven't seen those in a long time....but we have gotten so much rain.

We have huge carpenter ants....they are big black ants. We keep the house sprayed, so we haven't seen any of those in awhile.
