It sounds like your daughter doesn't have much of a case because I work for a lawyer and am very aware of the Nevada Statutes. She only broke the law if she didn't provide the vet papers after requested, it doesn't sound like your daughter even asked for them. My puppy has no parasites and I also own a couple other dogs that I purchased from the same breeder. From what I know about Giardia, it's not that serious of a parasite and is easily treated, that's what I've read and heard.
