One thing i did not care for was when he put the choke collar on Fosse. He did, however, switch to the harness right away b/c the owner was worried she was hurting Fosse.

Yeah he did use a slip leash on him, which is ok in my book. It all depends on the way you use it. If you noticed when he corrected Fossy he snapped the leash to the side and not up. This does not affect his trachea at all. If used properly a collar, slip leash, or "choker" can be used on a small dog.
