I used to free feed Ferdinand too. But he's been having potty training issues since his neuter (he used to be pretty much potty trained, now he has regressed). that said, I started feeding him twice a day. He gets 1/4 cup of Chicken Soup kibble for adults at 7:30am, and 1/4 cup of Chicken Soup again at around 6pm. He usually doesn't finish his breakfast, he just snacks on it all day. Then at dinner when I'm making a salad, I cut up some vegetables for him too - but only a couple of tablespoons of vegetables if I had to guess. He is 15 months old and weighs 4 lbs.
