I use a CHI straightener and CHI products (keratin mist, straight guard, and iron guard) and love it. I wouldn't want to do the permanent straight because I like to wear mine curly/wavy sometimes. If you want it straight all the time that would be a good way to go. I've also heard good things about the CHI permanent straight treatment.
