I am one of those who takes my Gus EVERYWHERE. He has always been really good about that. I have many different carriers that hide him well and people don't even know he's there. For those of you who have seen Gus's back it up video,,, all he has to do is see me put my shoes on and grab my keys and he'll run to the nearest carrier and back in right into it.

My views on this sub changed when we went to the movies. I was coming out of the restroom with Gus just chillin in his carrier like always,,, and seen some lady with a puppy in the hallway peeing in the corner. I couldn't believe it! I asked outloud,,,, are you letting you dog pee in here?!?! She then picked up the puppy and walked away. I didn't quite know what to do. After all I had Gus in the movie theater too and we were in the middle of our movie. I ended up reporting the lady to the manager. I did not see which way she went but showed them where the mess was. I totally understand why dogs are not allowed everywhere. I still take Gus everywhere. Even our local walmart. There are few people who know us and as long as he is out of sight they don't have a problem. Do I think it's fare that I get to take Gus to these places? No! That's why he's very well hidden!
