Steve I am truly sorry about your Yorkie being so sick.
I don't really think anyone other than a vet should give you any
advise because it sounds like she really needs a professional to care
for her at this time. This seems very serious and should be attended to
with or without insurance. An MRI can locate the problem. Please don't
let her suffer because you can't afford the bill. Work something out with
the vet and get the treatment needed.
