I am sorry you have having problems. It would help to know her size and age. The dry kibble is really the BEST thing for them, especially for their teeth, but is she is REAL young (under 10 weeks), and real small (under 2 lbs) then the most important thing is just that they EAT to void low blood sugar and/or dehydration.

Have you tried boiled chicken and rice? You can mix the wet food she likes with the dried and, as she gets older, decerease the wet, so that she is mostly geetting dry kibble only.
