Hello to all you wise yorkie owners, being a newbie yorkie owner, can anyone tell me at what age yorkies reach full size?

Also, my mum keeps pestering me to let my yorkie (Oscar) off his lead for a little freedom when I take him out for a walk, on the fields near my house. He is only 4 months old, I think this is too young and I don't know him well enough yet, plus he thinks "come" is an excuse for a chase game, what do you think?

Finally, at what age should I take Oscar for a coat cut? I cut his fur on his bum regularly, I have tried to cut the fur around his eyes as it is restricting his vision slightly but he won't sit still and it is just too risky. How does everyone else manage or should I give this up as a bad job until he is older?
