She is trained to use the pee pad when she is in her pen, and she is very good about it. But when I have her out with the other dogs, they just play with the pee pad.

I'm thrilled to hear that she is doing so well on her potty training. It's a plus that she will come to me pre-spoiled and with a good grip on training!! LOL
Lord I am soo confused...Okay so they are not used to prevent puppys from peeing when they are walking around??? Oooooo okay cause I thought they were some type of preventative tool or something. Okay well then that clears that up!
