Poor little baby... If there is a hole where the tooth was (as in no tooth looks to be pushing where it fell out) it is probably an adult tooth. If he lost it from playing then it is probably no big deal but if it just fell out he probably has tooth problems. I would try to wiggle all of Romeo's teeth to see if any are loose. If any others are loose he should go to a vet because that would be peridontal disease. Ellie had this happen a few months ago. She is five. It turned out to be stage 3/4 periodonal disease (highest is 4) and had to have 9 teeth pulled. Her breath used to smell horrible because of the infected gums. We would have just let the one tooth falling out go but then with them wiggling it wasn't a good sign. If it is peri disease, left untreated the infection can spread to their organs. Lets just hope he lost it playing.
