OMG - the more I read online the sadder I get. What is WRONG with people these days ? shooting a dog for barking ?

The owners should have done more to keep the little dog from barking so much since they were threatened in a letter about it - but OMG - why would someone shoot a little dog like that ? That pooooor baby.
