 c/l trolls
I LOVE craigslist, but it is infamous for trolls who have nothing better to do than to flag stuff that IS ok.
The best advise I can give is for her to be as vague as possible in her ad, but to be specific in her topic. I think some people get mad if they click on a vague title like "puppies" and see that it's about grooming or something.
Maybe if she posted a question asking why she's getting flagged the flaggers might tell her why they're doing it.
