I don't know what a spider bite looks like but it looks like it might be a tick bite to me. When I took a field course years ago, we were told to watch out for the bulls-eye looking rash because it could mean that we were bit by a tick that carries Lyme disease. I know someone with Lyme disease and it can be very debilitating at times. I would definitely find someone who specializes in Lyme disease to at least rule it out. If she was, if fact, bit by a tick there might be something that they could do now. Once you have Lyme disease, you may present with symptoms for years and not be able to get rid of them completely.
