Sometimes they squeal out of fear more then being actually hurt. You checked him over very well, to be sure he's okay...and he's acting normal now, right? So just remember to watch him very carefully, if the squealing is prolonged...doesn't stop...there is definitely something wrong, and it may be internal...which needs to be assessed by a vet. Better to err on the safe side. Hope your baby is A-OK..
